WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of casuallycreativecrafting.com (the “Site”) and purchases from Casually Creative Crafting, LLC (“Casually Creative Crafting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
SHOPIFY HOSTING AND PLATFORM TERMS
Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information and provides commerce, payment, account, personalization, fraud-prevention, and other services as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable terms.
Purchases made on Etsy are governed by Etsy’s terms and policies in addition to the shop-specific policies we publish there. If a platform rule conflicts with these Terms for a transaction on that platform, the controlling platform rule and applicable law govern.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old or use the Site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining account security. Notify us and Shopify promptly of suspected unauthorized activity.
PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE VARIATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Handmade and small-batch goods may vary slightly in color, texture, appearance, fill level, scent character, weight, packaging, or placement. Screen settings and photography may also affect appearance.
Reasonable variations that do not materially change the product are not defects.
Product formulas, suppliers, packaging, and presentation may be updated. The product label and packaging received provide the current ingredient, direction, and warning information for that unit.
Contact us before purchasing if a specific ingredient, package, or product attribute is essential to your decision.
ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, resale activity, delivery restrictions, safety concerns, or inability to fulfill.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Prices, promotions, product availability, taxes, and shipping charges may change. You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed total.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND INCORPORATED POLICIES
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy; Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy; Privacy Policy; Cookie & Tracking Technologies Notice; and Product Information, Safety & Disclaimers are incorporated into these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its original text, photographs, graphics, product names, formulas where legally protectable, designs, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Casually Creative Crafting, LLC and are protected by applicable law.
You may use the Site for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative commercial content from our materials without written permission, except where permitted by law.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site to:
• Engage in unlawful activity
• Commit fraud
• Impersonate another person
• Interfere with the Site’s security or operation
• Introduce malware or other harmful code
• Scrape or systematically extract content, except through ordinary search-engine activity or as permitted by law
• Violate intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Send spam
• Obtain unauthorized access
• Harass or threaten another person
REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
Honest reviews, including critical reviews, are welcome and will not be prohibited or penalized merely because they are negative.
Reviews and other content must reflect a genuine experience and may not be fake, deceptive, threatening, obscene, unlawful, infringing, disclose private information, or contain unauthorized advertising or malware.
Platform review rules also apply. We may report or request the removal of content that violates applicable law or platform rules.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Site may link to or use services operated by Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, Meta, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party content or conduct, but this does not limit any responsibility that applicable law assigns to us.
PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Follow every product label, warning, and direction. Product information is not medical advice, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease unless expressly authorized and lawfully marketed for that purpose.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for a claim unrelated to personal injury, death, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or another nonwaivable right is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. These limitations do not excuse unsafe products, mislabeling, negligence, or another responsibility that law does not permit us to waive.
EVENTS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, supply interruption, labor action, emergency, governmental action, or widespread technical failure.
This provision does not eliminate refund or notification obligations imposed by law.
DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
Before filing a lawsuit, the parties should make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve the dispute through written communication unless urgent relief, a statutory deadline, a chargeback right, or a platform process requires earlier action.
These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer rights and jurisdictional requirements, disputes may be brought in courts located in or serving Forsyth County, Georgia.
These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive class-action rights.
CHANGES, SEVERABILITY, AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. The version in effect when an order is placed generally governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
These Terms and the incorporated policies form the agreement concerning use of the Site and website purchases.
