Handmade and small-batch products may show reasonable differences in color, texture, scent character, appearance, weight, fill level, or packaging.
These variations are part of handmade production and are not defects when they do not materially change product identity, quantity, safety, or promised performance.

INGREDIENTS, ALLERGIES, AND SENSITIVITIES
Review the full ingredient list and all warnings before use. Contact us before purchasing if you have a known allergy or sensitivity and need clarification.
Natural, botanical, handmade, vegan, or similar descriptions do not mean allergy-free, irritation-free, or safe for every person.
Fragrance materials, essential oils, botanicals, colorants, preservatives, and other ingredients may cause reactions in susceptible individuals.
Unless a label directs otherwise, patch test a small amount for 24 hours before broader use. A patch test cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur.
Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs. Seek prompt medical care for severe symptoms, trouble breathing, swelling, burns, eye exposure, ingestion, or another emergency.
Please notify us of a significant reaction and provide the product name, order number, lot or batch information if available, use details, and relevant medical information you choose to share. This assists our product-safety review and any legally required reporting.
GENERAL USE AND STORAGE
• Use only as directed and only for the body area or household purpose stated on the label.
• External-use products are not for ingestion. Keep products away from the eyes and mucous membranes unless specifically formulated and labeled for that use.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets. Supervise use when appropriate.
• Store products closed, upright, and under the temperature, moisture, sunlight, and ventilation conditions stated on the label.
• Do not use a product that appears contaminated, unusually separated beyond expected variation, damaged, improperly sealed, or materially changed in odor or appearance. Contact us for guidance.
• If pregnant, nursing, under medical care, taking medication, or managing a condition that may affect product use, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
CANDLES, WAX MELTS, AND HOME FRAGRANCE
Follow every warning on the product and use the product only with equipment intended for that format.
Never leave a burning candle or operating warmer unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and anything that can catch fire.
Place candles and warmers on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Do not move hot wax or a hot container.
Keep wicks maintained and observe the burn-time and discontinuation directions on the label. Stop use if the vessel is cracked, damaged, excessively hot, or behaving abnormally.
Use wax melts only in an appropriate warmer. Do not add water or use wax melts on the skin.
Room, linen, diffuser, and other home-fragrance products are not body products unless specifically labeled for body use. Avoid inhalation of concentrated product and protect finished surfaces and fabrics as directed.
LAUNDRY AND HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS
Use only the amount and method stated on the label and confirm suitability for the machine, fabric, surface, or material.
Do not ingest. Avoid eye contact, prolonged skin contact, and breathing concentrated powder or mist.
Do not mix with bleach, ammonia, acids, cleaners, or other products unless the label expressly directs that combination.
Keep products in their original labeled containers, closed and away from children, pets, food, and moisture.
Test on an inconspicuous area when colorfastness or surface compatibility is uncertain.
FRAGRANCE EXPECTATIONS
Scent perception and strength vary with individual sensitivity, environment, temperature, application, curing, and product format.
Fragrance descriptions are intended to communicate general character and do not guarantee that every person will perceive a fragrance in the same way.
