SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Casually Creative Crafting, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) ships orders within the United States only. This policy applies to purchases made through casuallycreativecrafting.com. Orders placed through Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s policies and protections.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days after payment clears. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Handmade, made-to-order, large, promotional, or custom orders may require additional time if disclosed in the listing or communicated to you.
If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will provide notice and, when required, an opportunity to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
SHIPPING RATES, CARRIERS, AND TRACKING
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. We generally ship by UPS Ground. We may use USPS when appropriate, including when it is significantly more economical.
If checkout expressly identifies a particular carrier or guaranteed service, we will use that service or contact you before making a material substitution.
Tracking is sent when a shipping label is created. Tracking may take time to update, and a label-creation notice does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the package.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND DELAYS
Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, emergencies, and other events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. We will provide reasonable assistance, but we cannot guarantee a carrier’s performance.
ADDRESSES AND RETURNED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address must be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production, packing, or shipment.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to claim, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, we may offer reshipment after the customer pays the new shipping charge.
If we approve a refund instead, original shipping and carrier return charges may be deducted where permitted. Custom and personalized products remain final sale except where law or platform rules require otherwise.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building staff, and any carrier notice, then contact the carrier.
Notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will review the tracking and help with an appropriate carrier or platform inquiry. A delivery scan does not automatically determine the final outcome. Available remedies depend on the circumstances, carrier rules, applicable law, and any Etsy or payment-platform protection.
LOST OR STALLED PACKAGES
Contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window. We may ask you to cooperate with a carrier investigation or Etsy Help Request. Please do not submit duplicate claims through multiple channels for the same loss.
DAMAGE, LEAKAGE, HEAT, AND WEATHER EXPOSURE
Inspect the shipment promptly. Report damage, leakage, breakage, melting, or material weather-related damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the order number and clear photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, internal packaging, affected product, and all contents. Keep the product and packaging until we confirm they are no longer needed for a carrier claim.
After review, we may provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate remedy. Reporting windows help us investigate and do not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
